Marabu Candle Pen: Candle Liner Glue
Draw or write directly onto the candle with the Candle Pen. As it dries, the liquid wax bonds with the candle. The instant application with the Candle Pen can also be applied with a brush.
Window Color Method:
Place your desired design under a sheet of acetate or plastic film and trace it with the candle pen. Allow the outlines to dry briefly before coloring them in. After approximately 4-5 hours of drying time, the design can be peeled off the film and applied to the candle using the candle pen.
Wax sheets with stencils:
Choose any stencil and place it on a sheet of clear plastic film, ideally securing it with painter's tape or spraying it with Fix-it adhesive spray. Apply the design using a candle pen and a spatula. Remove the stencil and let the design dry. Once dry, completely cover the design with a second color to create the colored background. After it has dried again, peel off the colored film. Then, cut the homemade wax film to size and adhere it to the candle using candle pen adhesive. Note: the side that adheres to the film will be the front of the finished candle.
