Wooden wick made from FSC ©-certified beech wood - including metal base for inserting the wooden wicks. Our wooden wicks are untreated and are produced in Europe using sustainable forestry.
Available in the following sizes (width x length x thickness):
6 x 60 x 1 mm for e.g. tea lights
8 x 90 x 1 mm to approx. 45 mm Container diameter
10 x 130 x 1mm for 45-55mm Container diameter

Depending on which wax, wax color and fragrance oil is used, variations are possible.

Application
To achieve a nicer flame and a more even burning of the wooden wicks, you can soak the wooden wicks in candle wax, scented oil or cooking oil. Liquid coconut oil, olive oil or sunflower oil are suitable cooking oils. In our tests, soaking in olive oil - for at least 24 hours - produced the best results. We strongly advise against soaking the wooden wicks in lamp oil, as this can pose a great danger to children and animals. At this point: use only at your own risk!

Our candle wicks , candle dyes and dried flowers come to you in a recyclable and environmentally friendly paper bag.
The fragrance oils are bottled in a brown bottle that protects against external light influences and has little to no negative influence on the scent.
Our candle waxes also come to you in a recyclable and environmentally friendly paper bag. These can be quickly and easily reclosed using the clip provided.
From 20Kg+ the candle wax is delivered in the manufacturer's box. Please understand that we have no direct influence on the packaging materials used.
