Cotton wick Wedo V series with foot
The V-series is a "standard" wick and is suitable for almost any candle wax. Beeswax is the exception – for that, the RD round wick series is much better recommended. Technically, the V-series is a flat wick and can be used in both glass candles and pillar candles.
The secret of these wicks lies in the metallized threads integrated into the coreless wick construction. These metallized cotton threads, produced using a process specially developed for Wedo and made from high-quality, uniform cotton, act as a catalyst, breaking down complex molecules during combustion. This reduces or prevents clumping (also known as mushrooming) and the wick becoming "eaten away"—a common problem with blends containing challenging color and fragrance combinations.
The V-Series is produced in Germany by "Westdeutsche Dochtfabrik" in accordance with the requirements of the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. It meets the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and is certified with the RAL GZ-041 quality mark of the "RAL Gütegemeinschaft Kerzen eV" (RAL Quality Association for Candles). This guarantees its freedom from harmful substances.
The wick is 12cm long.

For your individual candles, we carry candle wicks for different candle diameters:
Wedo V4 - up to 50-55 mm diameter
Wedo V6 - up to 55-60 mm diameter
Wedo V8 - up to 60-65 mm diameter
Wedo V10 - up to 65-70 mm diameter
Wedo V12 - up to 70-75 mm diameter
Wedo V14 - 75+ mm diameter
You can also use the candle wicks for "double wick candles" and "triple wick candles" to achieve a larger flame radius.

Our candle wicks , candle dyes and dried flowers come to you in a recyclable and environmentally friendly paper bag.
The fragrance oils are bottled in a brown bottle that protects against external light influences and has little to no negative influence on the scent.
Our candle waxes also come to you in a recyclable and environmentally friendly paper bag. These can be quickly and easily reclosed using the clip provided.
From 20Kg+ the candle wax is delivered in the manufacturer's box. Please understand that we have no direct influence on the packaging materials used.
