Subscription FAQ

The biggest advantage is clearly that you benefit from volume discounts without having to pay for everything at once . This means you don't tie up important capital unnecessarily, but only pay weekly or monthly for the quantity of goods delivered, depending on the delivery interval you choose. Shipping is convenient and automatic on the date you specify in your customer portal. We take care of the available stock for you and send you your items when you need them.

Answers to your questions

How do I set up a subscription?

The subscription is very easy to set up via the product page of the respective wax. To do this, go to the wax of your choice and select a quantity of at least 10kg. The selection for setting up the subscription will appear. Then put the item in the shopping cart and complete the purchase. Your subscription is now active and can be managed via the customer profile.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription will end automatically at the end of the minimum term. Early termination is not possible.

Can I also extend my subscription?

Currently, your subscription ends automatically when the minimum term expires. After that, you must take out a new one.

I don't have a customer account. How can I manage my subscriptions?

If you do not have a customer account, you can manage your subscriptions using the link in your subscription order confirmation email.

Which payment methods can I use to subscribe?

Currently, "Paypal" and "credit card" are available to you. Due to the legal circumstances surrounding subscriptions in Germany, no other payment methods are planned.

Can I add anything else to my subscription delivery?

When you "purchase" or complete your subscription, we will of course include the items you have purchased in your shopping cart in your package, and shipping is free within Germany for orders worth more than €150. Unfortunately, this is not possible for all subsequent deliveries due to technical and organizational circumstances. Each subsequent subscription delivery can therefore only be processed as an individual transaction.

How can I change my shipping and billing address?

You can change your delivery and billing address in your customer account at any time. Please note that you must do this in the "Subscriptions" section and then in each active subscription for the change to take effect. Changed data can only be taken into account for upcoming/planned deliveries. Changes for deliveries that are currently being shipped are excluded from these changes.

Can I switch between monthly and weekly delivery?

This can be done easily at any time in your customer area under "Subscriptions".

There, next to "Subscribed on", you can change from weekly to monthly, or from monthly to weekly, under "change". Caution: Any delivery dates you may have changed manually will be reset as a result.

Can I advance delivery or receive it immediately?

This is also possible at any time without any problems.

Simply click on the "Receive next delivery immediately" button in the "Billing" section of the customer area under "Subscriptions" and confirm the corresponding message. With your confirmation, we receive the order that the package should be sent. You can repeat this several times, depending on how much wax you need.

ATTENTION! Once you confirm, the process becomes irreversible! We will then no longer be able to cancel the process!

How can I change the shipping dates?

In your customer area, under "Subscriptions", in the "Billing" section, you have an appointment for each planned delivery. You can schedule this individually, depending on the interval you choose. For weekly deliveries, you have the option of selecting a desired day for 7 days after the last delivery. For monthly deliveries, you can select a desired day for 30 days after your last delivery.

Caution! The days selected are not the delivery date, but the order or shipping approval. Shipping usually takes place one working day (Monday - Friday) after order approval.
