We send items such as candle wicks, candle dye or candle fragrances via German post (goods mail/large letter). Parcels are sent via DHL. Prices include 19% VAT.

*For urgent deliveries we offer shipping via DPD Express. All orders received Monday to Friday by 11:30 a.m. are shipped the same day. DPD guarantees delivery the following day, Monday to Friday, by 6 p.m. The sender - Hansawax GmbH - bears no liability for this. We also strongly advise against giving DPD a delivery authorization, as this would transfer any liability risks, e.g. damage and loss, to the recipient.

      Shipping to Switzerland

      For deliveries to Switzerland, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 VAT) in accordance with our general terms and conditions. This also takes care of customs clearance, invoicing and delivery in Switzerland. This does not incur any additional costs for you.

      All prices in EUR shown in the table include German VAT (19%) - all prices in CHF are gross prices, i.e. including Swiss tax.

          Processing and shipping times

          The processing time is usually 1-3 working days. If the volume of orders increases, the processing time may increase slightly. Shipping times within Germany are approximately 1-3 working days. Delivery times to Austria, France, Italy and the Benelux countries are correspondingly longer.
