We ship items such as candle wicks, candle dye, and candle fragrances via German Post (goods mail/large letter). Parcels are shipped via DHL. Prices include 19% VAT.
(¹) In addition to standard shipping via DHL or DPD, we offer same-day shipping via DHL Parcel for an additional charge. During peak periods, when processing times can take up to three business days, we guarantee shipping on the same day of your order. This only applies to orders received by 12 noon on a business day (Monday - Friday).
(²) For urgent deliveries, we offer shipping via DPD Express. All orders received by 11:30 a.m. Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. DPD guarantees next-day delivery by 6 p.m. Monday to Friday.

For deliveries to Switzerland, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 VAT), in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. MeinEinkauf AG also handles customs clearance, invoicing, and delivery within Switzerland. This does not incur any additional costs for you.
All prices in EUR listed in the table include German VAT (19%) - all prices in CHF are gross prices, i.e., include Swiss tax.

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Processing times may increase slightly with increased order volume. Shipping times within Germany are approximately 1–3 business days. Delivery times to Austria, France, Italy, and the Benelux countries are correspondingly longer.
